New Horizons a new international initiative on peace and tolerance, who’s chairman is Bishop of Pontefract RT Rev. Tony Robinson and which is hoping to work on the grass root level between Government of Pakistan and UK to improve the relationship between Christians and Muslims as Christian minority struggle to air its concern in a Muslim environment in Pakistan, here in Britain a Muslim minority feels ever more marginalised in a nominally Christian and increasingly hostile secular society that often appears to equate Islam with terrorism.

New Horizon is exploiting existing links between Britain Pakistan Christians and Muslims to develop a new understanding and is being supported by the Arch Bishop of Canterbury and British Authorities and also got full support from the Pakistan Government officials when it’s General Secretary Canon Yaqub Masih visited Pakistan last week, he was able to meet IG Punjab Police, Home Secretary of Punjab Government, Director of Foreign Affairs and second secretary of the British High Commissioner

They all welcomed the initiative and ensured their full co-operation and any assistance that Yaqub may require in Pakistan. These meetings were arranged by Dr Shoaib Suddle who is the Director General of Federal Tax Ombudsman and was Director General of Intelligence and National Police Bureau.
